Berry Blast Bonanza Protein Shake | Breakfast Shake

Ingredients:
• 1 cup water or almond milk
• ½ cup frozen or fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries or blackberries) or a mixture
• ½ frozen banana
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 scoop Vanilla Absolue Isolate or Whey Protein powder

Directions:
1. Blend in blender for 10 to 15 seconds

Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake | Afternoon Snack option

Ingredients:
• 1 cup water
• 1 scoop Vanilla Absolue Isolate or Whey Protein powder
• 2 tbsp unsweetened pumpkin mix
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp nutmeg

Directions:
1. Blend in blender for 10 to 15 seconds
2. Have with ¼ cup of almonds or walnuts
