Interactive Nutrition has recently added an Ottawa based "Figure and Fitness" model, Natalie Waples as one of its sponsored athletes.
A student of the Gauvreau School of Performing Arts modeling program at age 13, she entered her first pageant, Miss Teen Sudbury, that same year. From then on, she competed in pageants at the regional, provincial, national and international levels.
Natalie has started competing in figure competitions last year, and has won her first two regional competitions, i.e. 2005 Eastern Ontario Figure Championships, 1st place (Tall class) and 2005 Western Ontario Figure Championships, 1st place (Tall class).
She recently placed 2nd as a "Fitness Model" at the 2006 FAME Canadian Nationals.
Natalie believes in training naturally, without performance enhancing drugs, and pushing herself to the limits. She hopes to promote a positive and healthy image to all those around her and stresses the importance of a healthy and fit lifestyle.
