April 16, 2005 — On Saturday April 16th, Neutron Fitness and Sports Organization held their annual North Eastern Natural Championship at Carleton University in Ottawa. InterACTIVE Nutrition, the sole sports supplement sponsor of the event, was highly publicized as staff and sponsored athletes went through the crowd giving away free samples as people waited for the event to begin. In addition, representatives from Fitness Warehouse were selling various InterACTIVE products to people in attendance.
On stage, InterACTIVE Nutrition was highly promoted as its name was placed at the top of a banner listing the sponsors for the event. Further to this, each winner was presented a box of InterACTIVE's Protein 2 Go™ bars for their enjoyment. Just before intermission, InterACTIVE Nutrition held a draw for a prize package given to an audience member. At the end of the night, when it was time to present the awards for Most Muscular, Most Symmetrical, and Best Routine, Eli Nesrallah, President and CEO of InterACTIVE Nutrition, took the stage to make the presentations.
