Background:

Jennifer Lambert Foster has always been interested in learning about how to lead a healthy life style. As she got older she got involved in lifeguarding and Aquafit. To complete these certifications she needed to learn the names and functions of the body’s muscle groups. Jennifer was so passionate about this that she signed up to the gym at 14 years old to better understand what she was studying. Before this, she had played soccer and practiced figure skating. She stopped these sports and dedicated all her time to training in the gym and in pool to further develop and challenge her body. After a few years of weight lifting she realised that she was not getting the results that she wanted so she found herself a trainer to help her achieve her goals. Jennifer met with Ken Clement. He showed her everything she knows today about health and fitness. At the age of 21 Ken guided Jennifer to her first figure competition were she placed 3rd. Jennifer loved her experience. That’s when she realized that she wanted to make herself a name in the fitness world.

Today Jennifer Lambert Foster has become a very perseverant and determined physique athlete. She started in the fitness industry as a figure competitor but quickly switch in to bikini and fitness model categories. It is in these categories that she was quickly recognized for her artistic presentation on stage. From the beginning of her fitness career Mrs. Lambert Foster has always wanted to become a positive role model for women. She loves helping women reach their fitness goals but more importantly helping women build their inner–spirit. She believes that weight lifting builds a stronger mind and this is essential to know how to love yourself for what you are. After five years of consistent training and competing she started appearing in fitness magazines and was noticed by InterActive Nutrition™. She now works as a Spokes model for this brand.
